Everything You Want to Know About Celebrant Services

I love answering questions! Whether you're new to the idea of having a celebrant or want to understand more about how I work, I hope these answers help. If you don't find what you're looking for here, please just ask—I'm always happy to chat.

About Celebrant Services

What exactly is a celebrant?

A celebrant is someone who creates and leads meaningful ceremonies for life's important moments. Unlike registrars who follow set scripts, I craft completely personalised ceremonies that reflect your unique story, values, and wishes. Think of me as your ceremony storyteller!

Planning Your Ceremony

How long does ceremony planning take?

For weddings, I typically recommend starting 3-6 months ahead, though I've created beautiful ceremonies with much shorter notice. Funerals often need to be arranged within days, and I'm always available when families need support. The actual planning process is flexible and works around your schedule.

On the Day

What should we expect on ceremony day?

I arrive early, calm and prepared, having already coordinated with your venue and any other suppliers. I'll guide everyone through the ceremony with warmth and confidence, making sure everything flows smoothly. My job is to take care of all the details so you can simply be present and enjoy your special moment.

Practical Information

How much do your services cost?

I believe in transparent pricing and will discuss costs openly during our consultation. Every situation is different, so I prefer to understand your specific needs first and then provide clear, detailed pricing with no hidden surprises.

Still Have Questions?

These are just the most common questions I hear. Every situation is unique, and I love talking through specific concerns, ideas, or dreams you might have for your ceremony.

The best way to get all your questions answered is simply to have a chat. I promise there's no pressure—just honest, helpful conversation about how we might work together.
